Job summary

A growing private practice in Glasgow is looking for 2 experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to manage full caseloads and client relationships. This role offers strong support, manageable workloads, and the chance for professional development. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience. The position is predominantly office-based but allows one day of remote work per week after settling in.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's previous residential conveyancing experience expected.
• Strong residential conveyancing traineeship might also be suitable.

Overview

This private practice, supported by Partners who are prolific business developers, is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking to expand its residential conveyancing team. They are now looking for 2 experiencedResidential Conveyancing Solicitors to join them.

You will have a full caseload and strong support; the firm aims to ensure workloads are manageable. The opportunity offers clear development and progression within a business that is genuinely keen to develop its people.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full range of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Provide excellent client-facing service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the practice.
• There may be opportunities to work on transactions with an international element and, potentially, commercial property transactions.
• Role predominantly office-based with the possibility of working from home one day per week after an initial settling-in period.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s previous residential conveyancing experience is expected, though a strong residential conveyancing traineeship could also be suitable.
• Ability to manage conveyancing matters end-to-end with excellent client interaction skills.
