Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar conveyancing role.
• Good understanding and knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support fee earners on a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
• Deal with client enquiries, provide updates and take instructions.
• Manage and progress transactions under supervision.
• Prepare correspondence, forms and documents in accordance with instructions.
• Facilitate the exchange of contracts and prepare related documentation.
• Prepare financial statements and SDLT submissions.
• Prepare certificates for title for advance funds.
