Residential Conveyancing Lawyer role based in Swindon for a regional private practice with an exceptional reputation. The firm requires a 3+ PQE Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join the Property team, working under the managing partner with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed case load of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages of houses, flats and country estates with minimal supervision.

Candidate/Requirements

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing, able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed residential property case load with minimal supervision.
• Ability to generate new referrals and contribute to evolving a marketing strategy.

Salary
