A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a Top 100 firm in Exeter. Our client is one of the leading Commercial firms in the Southwest, with a long-established Residential Property team that has a high-profile reputation across the South West. The team provides advice on a wide range of work for various clients, including but not limited to:
Due to increasing levels of work, the firm offers this new opportunity to be an integral part of a thriving team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years' solid residential property experience, with good client-facing skills and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets. You may already be based and working in the Southwest or considering relocating to the area in the coming months. This is an excellent chance to manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property matters from instruction through to post-completion.
You will also have the opportunity to actively participate in the team's marketing strategies to support the growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.
