A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a Top 100 firm in Exeter. It is not common to see a chance like this, where a quality Residential Property lawyer can take a key role within a strong, award-winning Residential Property team at a leading 'heavyweight' Commercial practice.

Our client is one of the leading Commercial firms in the Southwest, with a long-established Residential Property team that has a high-profile reputation across the South West. The team provides advice on a wide range of work for various clients, including but not limited to:

1. Leasehold and freehold sales
2. Purchases
3. Re-mortgages
4. Buy to let
5. Equity transfers
6. First Registrations
7. Shared ownership

Due to increasing levels of work, the firm offers this new opportunity to be an integral part of a thriving team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years' solid residential property experience, with good client-facing skills and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets. You may already be based and working in the Southwest or considering relocating to the area in the coming months. This is an excellent chance to manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property matters from instruction through to post-completion.

You will also have the opportunity to actively participate in the team's marketing strategies to support the growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.
