Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in a residential conveyancing role is beneficial.
• Experience handling sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Experience using LEAP or a similar case management system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners on residential sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Assist with files from initial instruction to post-completion.
• Prepare legal documentation and correspondence.
