Job Title: Residential Conveyancer- (Hybrid working available)
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000


About the Firm/Role:
Our client is a well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation for quality service and a commitment to their local community. Known for their supportive and collaborative working environment, they offer an attractive benefits package and genuine career progression and development opportunities.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to take ownership of their own caseload and progress their career within a stable and forward-thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
  • Conduct necessary searches and ensure all due diligence checks are completed.
  • Submit applications to HM Land Registry and deal with any requisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
  • Provide a high standard of client care, maintaining regular communication and updates.


About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and committed to providing a high level of service.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner will be considered.
