• 36+ years experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent).
• Proven UK private practice experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence.
