About the Firm

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer at any stage of qualification or experience — from junior fee earners to seasoned conveyancing professionals. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters and contribute to the continued growth of the conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
  • Handling sales, purchases, leasehold matters, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Providing clear, professional advice to clients while maintaining excellent communication
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
  • Ensuring all work is compliant with regulatory and firm policies
  • Supporting the continued development and reputation of the firm
About You
  • Experience in residential conveyancing (any level considered)
  • Ability to manage files independently or with supervision depending on experience
  • Strong client care skills and an organised, proactive approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
  • A team‑focused mindset with enthusiasm to contribute to a growing practice
