Overview

Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal required for an established commercial practice based in Haywards Heath.

Responsibilities

• Take over an existing caseload of residential sales and purchases, re-mortgages, buy to let properties, shared ownerships, equity transfers, auction sales and land purchases.
• Assist with additional experience in leases, tenancy agreements or enfranchisement where applicable.

Experience and Skills

• IT literate and capable of using relevant case management and document handling systems.
• Experience in residential property work; further experience with leases, tenancy agreements or enfranchisement is advantageous.

Client Base

• Clients vary and include private individuals (some HNW), celebrities, entrepreneurs and clients from the technology sector.
