Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a rewarding role within a highly respected and award-winning firm? Were currently working with a specialist legal practice that has a strong national presence in the property and later-life lending sector. Theyre seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancer to join their expanding team based in Gloucestershire, with flexible remote working options available.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in a busy, high-performing residential conveyancing team. As a key member of the department, you will manage your own caseload of varied residential property transactions and contribute legal expertise across the business. Youll also provide technical guidance and support to more junior team members to ensure high standards of compliance and client service are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include:

Running a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions

Advising on lease extensions, deeds of variation, matrimonial transfers, and SDLT requirements

Supporting and mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with SRA and regulatory requirements

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the department

Building strong relationships with clients, introducers, and internal teams

We are looking for a self-driven individual with strong technical knowledge and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.

Essential experience and skills:

23 years PQE managing your own residential conveyancing caseload

Broad experience across the conveyancing lifecycle, including new build and leasehold matters

Solid understanding of property law, SDLT reliefs, unregistered titles, and restrictions

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach

Previous experience in equity release work (not essential)

Qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
