Residential Conveyancer

Shaftesbury

Full Time – Permanent

Salary dependant on experience.

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer (minimum 2 years experience) to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team at our North Dorset offices in Shaftesbury. The role will ideally be on a full‑time basis, or a minimum of 30 hours per week. Hybrid working is available. About the role

In joining our client’s established conveyancing team, you will have a varied caseload that covers all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, mortgages and transfers of equity. You will also experience the interesting challenges of dealing with properties in rural locations and work that flows from the residential property department.

Who you are?

As the ideal candidate you will have a minimum of 2 years experience and be a competent residential property lawyer with a broad range of experience. You will be able to progress a diverse range of files confidently. You are a people‑person who has a positive, team‑focused approach, is used to working with case‑management systems and enjoys client contact while keeping everyone updated. Strong communication and organisational skills, a passion for providing excellent client service, a professional and friendly approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team are essential.
