Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and customer-focused experience to clients. You will manage a diverse caseload, taking instructions from clients, exchanging contracts and completing transactions. This position is essential in maintaining the firm's reputation as a trusted partner in the property sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload, taking instructions from clients and completing transactions
  • Conduct title checking, review searches and management packs, raise and review enquiries, and compose and issue final reports
  • Manage client expectations and maintain relationships with external parties
  • Review sale files, answer buyer's lawyers' enquiries, and deal with varied transactions such as Remortgages, Lease Extensions, Transfer of Equities, and all sale and purchase transactions
  • Support your assistant and undertake other duties as needed
