Residential Conveyancer, 2-5 Years PQE, Bristol, £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF:0017

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with between 2- 5 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a full residential property caseload from the start to completion.
• It is essential that you build client relationships through managing client expectations regarding options, outcomes, risk and timescales.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of the team would be advantageous.
• You will show a keen interest in business development and networking.
