Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing a children’s residential home or similar care setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding protocols.
  • Experience working with children with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

Responsibilities

  • Lead in ensuring the Statement of Purpose reflects the aims of the home.
  • Oversee day-to-day running of the children’s home and safety of young people.
  • Manage compliance with Regulations 2015, including Ofsted notifications.
  • Coordinate delivery of individual support packages for children and young people.
  • Ensure care plans meet identified needs to achieve good outcomes.
