A children's residential care provider in Staffordshire is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker. This role involves caring for young people in a supportive home environment. Strong communication skills and a neat driving license are essential. Salary: £30,000 - £31,500 per year
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week (sleep in / waking night will be expected)

Care Today (Children's Services) are recruiting Residential Care Workers to join our homes. Our welcoming homes provide 24/7 care for young people within the home, the home is for children all facing a variety of their own challenges, and we are looking for enthusiastic and caring people to help make a difference to these children.
During your 6-month probation period, you will be enrolled in a NVQ 3 Diploma in residential care, if you do not already hold one. This will be fully funded and you will be given plenty of time and support to complete. However, you must be self-motivated to complete the qualification.
