About the Role

You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing person‑centered care to young people with diverse needs. Responsibilities include supporting their emotional, social, and physical well‑being.

Shift Patterns

• Full‑time: 24‑hour shifts (including 8‑hour sleepover) on a 9‑week rolling rota (3 days on, 3 days off).
• Part‑time: 12‑hour shifts (10 am - 10 pm) or 6‑hour shifts (10 am - 4 pm / 4 pm - 10 pm).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential childcare (preferred).
• HNC/SVQ 3 qualification or working towards it.
• Clean driving licence (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
