A well-established and highly respected law firm in Hampshire is looking to welcome an experienced Residential Property Legal Secretary to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, proactive secretary who thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced conveyancing environment.

The Role

You will play a key part in supporting a busy Residential Property department, working closely with fee-earners to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the team.

  • Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and completion statements
  • Handling search requests, Land Registry applications, and client onboarding
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
  • Audio typing and digital dictation
  • Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate file management
About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Residential Property/Conveyancing
