Temporary Resident Support Officer

  • Hourly Rate: £14.24 PAYE
  • Location: National (various locations)
  • Job Type: Temporary (Jan to Mar 2024), Mon-Fri, 9-5, with potential to extend

We are seeking a Temporary Resident Support Officer to join our team for a period from January to March 2024. This role involves managing LCDM cases efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, policies, and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, preferably within the housing sector.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage LCDM cases, liaising with internal and external contacts to facilitate decision-making in line with procedures and policies.
  • Maximise output in delivery of targets and strategic objectives.
  • Meet all corporate and departmental service level agreements and support the business in achieving these.
  • Utilise technologies and Microsoft Dynamic platform to deliver an efficient and effective customer-driven service.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for case management, statistical analysis, and reporting to management teams and boards.
  • Work in a dynamic, evolving, and target-driven environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, target-driven customer service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of professional interaction via phone and in writing.
  • Experience in the housing sector, property management, or similar fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the role.

Desirable:

  • Professional qualification in Customer Service, Housing, or similar.
  • Knowledge of housing law and the workings of Housing Associations.
  • Experience with CRM or Microsoft Dynamic platform.
