Resident Services Associate – Build to Rent

Location: Birmingham – stones through away from the Jewellery Quarter

Salary: £27,000

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Monday – Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 9am–6pm

Week 2: Tuesday – Friday 11am–8pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly face residents rely on. Welcoming, listening, and solving with a smile
• Create a sense of belonging by supporting resident events and local partnerships
• Keep operations running smoothly by working closely with on site and central teams
• Handle service requests and communications with professionalism and flair
• Assist with inspections, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure a seamless experience
• Champion Health & Safety across the development
