About the Role

Based at The Point in Aberdeen, this full‑time role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and creating a welcoming, community‑driven environment. You'll be part of the Resident Services Team, supporting the Senior Resident Services Associate in managing day‑to‑day operations across our award‑winning Build to Rent development.

From greeting residents and assisting with move‑ins to maintaining exceptional standards throughout the building, this role puts you at the heart of a vibrant, modern living community where no two days are the same.

Working Pattern

An average of 37.5 hours across 7 days per week (rota to be discussed at interview)
