Qualifications

• Previous experience as an RLO or in a customer-facing role within social housing or construction.
• Knowledge of SHDF works and planned maintenance programmes is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North East region.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works programme.
• Ensure clear, timely communication regarding schedules and access requirements.
• Support residents with queries and concerns.
