Role

We are seeking a confident and personable Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support a £1m cladding remediation project on a commercial office building in Leeds city centre.

As the key point of contact between the contractor, building users, and stakeholders, you'll ensure clear communication, smooth access coordination, and minimal disruption throughout the works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between the site team and building occupants, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the project.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, briefings, and drop‑in sessions to update occupants on programme changes and work stages.
  • Manage enquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Distribute letters, notices, and communications regarding upcoming works or access requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Coordinate access for inspections, surveys, and contractor works when required.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience as an RLO, Tenant Liaison Officer, Customer Liaison Officer, or similar role within construction or property.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Well‑organised with strong administration and record‑keeping ability.
  • Able to remain calm, professional, and solution‑focused when managing concerns or complaints.
