A leading healthcare provider in England is seeking a Resident Doctor for the Adult Critical Care ITU Ward at The Wellington Hospital. This part-time position entails providing outstanding inpatient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and conducting various medical procedures. Candidates should possess GMC registration, complete Foundation training, and have 3-4 years of specialist experience in critical care. We are seeking Registrar-level doctors with a background in intensive care medicine, to work on the Adult ITU Ward at The Wellington Hospital, North and South Building. You’ll work alongside leading consultants and an exceptional multidisciplinary team to care for patients, adults both short stay and long stay complex needs with a shift pattern of 1 x 24hour shift per week.
While we are a Consultant Led Service, we believe in empowering our Resident Doctors, so your role could become expand as much as you wish. You’ll have the chance to be involved in audits, projects and quality improvement initiatives alongside the opportunity to join a variety of internal networks. This could be to help steer the services you deliver, speaking up or patient satisfaction focus groups, clinical governance or MDT meetings. Giving you an opportunity to network with your peers, share best practice and expand your knowledge in an unrivalled setting.
