We are currently looking for a passionate Reservations Agent, to join our Central Reservations Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound reservation calls, emails, and online requests for cluster properties adhering to each individual property’s standards (i.e. LQA and IHG).
  • Previous IHG experience preferred.
  • Be proficient in usage of Opera Cloud, Spa/F&B booking systems, outlook and any other supporting tools (Revinate, Prompt, Knowcross, Sara, Mitel Ignite, etc.) ensuring the accuracy of data and efficiency of system usage.
  • Be fully conversant with budgets and forecasts for each of the cluster properties, including Spa and F&B targets.
  • Keep track of Hotel’s performance against the budget/forecast and follow agreed sale strategies in relation to those targets.
  • Have full understanding of availability and inventory management including overbooking and cross selling strategies with a goal to maximise all sales opportunities.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
