With three amazing venues situated on the eighth floor or one of the most iconic landmarks in London, OXO is searching for a new Reservationist to join its thriving restaurants on the Southbank. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, OXO has a place for you.

As the new Reservationist, you will work 40 hours a week in our Sales Team.

As a reservationist, you will be welcoming our customers and make their journey through OXO a memorable experience providing a 5-star service.

• Provide excellent service for all internal and external customers.

• Be comfortable in using booking systems and monitor bookings.
• Process large group bookings.
• Execute sales strategies and tasks as directed by the Events and Sales Manager.
