SLB’s Crawley hub is a modern office environment which is the centre of operations for our Geosolutions and Exploration Data operations in Europe. Here we provide high-end geophysical data processing and imaging services to diverse clients from majors and independents to national oil companies. Our operations teams are co-located with our headquarters geophysics team which provides regional support and oversight ensuring rapid technology deployment and high-quality, differentiating customer service.
Working within a multidisciplinary team of leading scientists and software engineers, the Research Geophysicist drives innovation in geophysical processing technology and ensures the delivery of effective, industry-ready software solutions that support SLB’s business objectives.
The Research Geophysicist is responsible for designing, prototyping, implementing, and supporting advanced seismic processing solutions for both internal and external clients. These solutions may be delivered as integrated workflows within SLB’s seismic data-processing platform or as dedicated software applications tailored to specific project needs.
