An international development organization is seeking a Research Analyst I to support initiatives aimed at combatting child labor and human trafficking worldwide. Responsibilities include conducting research, assessing risks, and drafting reports related to state-sponsored child labor. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in social science with 3-5 years of relevant experience and possess strong analytical and research skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is required. The Research Analyst I will support initiatives to combat child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking globally by providing rigorous specialized data collection and desk review taskings. The analyst will conduct applied research that integrates quantitative and qualitative methodologies to analyze global labor conditions, supply chains, and trade flows, contributing directly to reports under the Trade and Development Act (TDA) and the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA).
