Qualifications
- Degree/Postgraduate (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable track record in risk management leadership roles
- Right to work in the UK or ability to obtain a visa
You’ll also have
- Understanding of contract administration (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
- Knowledge of building regulations, compliance, and design leadership principles
- Experience in technical auditing, training, and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present technical information to diverse audiences and at industry level
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to coach and develop teams and individuals
- Experience working with industry bodies, trade associations, and architectural/engineering practices
- Chartered membership in a recognised professional body (desirable)
