Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or postgraduate qualification and have a proven track record in risk management roles. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance systems, producing audit reports, and supporting project teams. The firm promotes a culture of safety and integrity and offers flexible working options to support well-being. Chartership in a professional body is desirable.

Qualifications
  • Degree/Postgraduate (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable track record in risk management leadership roles
  • Right to work in the UK or ability to obtain a visa
You’ll also have
  • Understanding of contract administration (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
  • Knowledge of building regulations, compliance, and design leadership principles
  • Experience in technical auditing, training, and risk management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present technical information to diverse audiences and at industry level
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to coach and develop teams and individuals
  • Experience working with industry bodies, trade associations, and architectural/engineering practices
  • Chartered membership in a recognised professional body (desirable)
