We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Surveyor to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time, 39 hours per week, vacancy covering sites in Brighton, Bognor, Chichester Woking and the surrounding areas.
The overall purpose of the role is to carry our surveys and property inspections, oversee the delivery of subcontracted repairs and ensure repairs are highlighted and completed in accordance with Guinness standards and timeframes.
