Job description

We’re looking for a Rent and Service Charge Manager to join our Finance Directorate and make a real impact.

In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of rent and service charge planning, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication to customers. You’ll lead a dedicated team, champion robust financial controls, and partner with operational leaders to embed best practices and drive efficiency.

Salary : £55,000 per year

Contract : Permanent, full time

Your week : 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am– 5:15pm)

Location : Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either our Peterborough, Boston or Milton Keynes office
