• Previous commercial and contract management experience preferable.
• Experience in construction, asset management or Renewables preferable.
• Ability to handle insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Support the Northern Europe asset management business to increase net asset value.
• Manage ongoing contracts with suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Lead contract lifecycle management and negotiations.
