Scope of Work

Flexible Relocation Coaches support business surges, offer capacity flexibility, and enhance coverage across markets and timezones. They work within a network of third-party consultants and with PerchPeek’s Network Manager to deliver quality customer experiences aligned with customer needs and SLAs.

No prior relocation experience is required, as we provide free training on becoming a successful Relocation Coach and internal system training.

In detail, your responsibilities include:

  • Building trusted relationships with relocators, acting as their main contact.
  • Communicating via the PerchPeek app and calls to understand needs, explain services, and provide guidance.
  • Handling complex inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Providing expertise on relocation and life in the destination country.
  • Supporting understanding of company policies and allowances.
  • Coordinating additional services like immigration or shipping.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and system cleanliness.
  • Implementing process improvements.
  • Delegating tasks to Assistants or third-party providers and monitoring service quality.
  • Managing escalations and delivery issues.
  • Familiarizing with PerchPeek products and guiding relocators on app use.
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing and content development.
Requirements
  • Availability during GMT/CET business hours.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of major EMEA cities and cultures.
  • Bonus for experience or knowledge of Europe and/or MENA regions.
  • Bonus for speaking additional languages: French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Arabic.
  • No prior relocation experience needed; training provided.

Pay

This is a flexible, project-based position. Pay varies based on project complexity and skills, and is negotiable. Details will be discussed during the interview.
