Job summary

A leading MedTech firm in the UK is seeking an Application Support Technician to provide IT support and maintenance. In this fully remote role, the candidate will ensure high customer service standards while working closely with clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with users in the healthcare industry. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, bonus opportunities, and additional benefits including vacation leave and pension options.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a role providing technical support to clients.
  • Experience supporting users in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications through Apple & Google Play stores.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver IT support to new & existing customers, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ensure customer service standards are met with every case.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve service issues.
  • Provide insight into system documentation and client training.
  • Assist in testing new product versions and provide improvement insights.
  • Support internal staff with technical assistance.
  • Ongoing IT system maintenance & health checks.
