Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-scale infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel to customer/hosted sites and undergo security vetting.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line escalation support for complex data centre and network infrastructure incidents.
• Act as the senior escalation point for high-priority customer issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within agreed SLAs, documenting root causes.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to drive knowledge sharing.

Skills

VMware (ESXi, vOPs)

Extreme LAN, Fabric, WLAN technologies

Firewall services (Fortinet, Cisco)

Microsoft stack (Active Directory, 365, Azure)

Public and hybrid cloud infrastructure

Strong troubleshooting skills using tools such as Wireshark

Excellent communication skills

Education

ITIL V3/V4 certification

Extreme Certified Professional (VOSS Fabric, IQ Site Engine, Cloud, Wireless)

Fortinet NSE3+ certification
