Remote Telesales Representative – Work from Home | Full-Time, Permanent | Mon‑Fri – £24.5k Base + OTE £32.5k+

Do you have a minimum of one year’s outbound cold call / telesales experience within the last three years?

Have you worked with sales targets and consistently achieved?

Are you willing to work 10:30 am to 7 pm Mon‑Thu and 9 am to 5:30 pm Fri?

Are you happy to work from home 100 % of the time and earn good commission?

  • Drive Sales: Make outbound sales calls daily.
  • Hit Your Targets: Secure 7–10 sales a day – 90 % of the team are currently achieving their goals and earning over the bonus potential.
  • Stay Compliant: Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations while delivering top‑notch service.
What experience you will need?
  • Previous Sales Experience – 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years.
  • Home Office Setup – A quiet workspace where you can focus and succeed remotely.
  • Motivation to Exceed Targets – Passion for sales, resilience, and commitment to following best practices.
