Job Title: Remote Sales Representative & Scheduler (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,600 USD - $1,800 USD/month depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time

Job Overview

The Sales Representative & Scheduler plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves managing client communications, scheduling appointments, optimizing routes, supporting groomers, and ensuring their customers enjoy a seamless, stress-free grooming experience. As the first point of contact, the candidate must deliver excellent service and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Sales background is also important as the client needs an individual that is able to inform potential clients about the value of their service and be able to handle rebuttals regarding prices, providing the leads a better sense of the benefits this service has.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, answer client questions, and confidently explain and sell the benefits of mobile grooming services.
  • Schedule appointments using scheduling software, balancing client availability, groomer schedules, and travel efficiency.
  • Plan and optimize daily groomer routes to maximize productivity and reduce drive time.
  • Communicate clearly with groomers about daily schedules, special requests, and client updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pet records, including service history and preferences.
  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, or service issues in a professional and timely manner in collaboration with the owner.
  • Track recurring appointments and assist with reminders, follow-ups, and client retention initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Customer-service orientation, with proven ability to resolve client inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Previous sales experience with proven ability to overcome rebuttals while prompting leads to schedule services.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling software, CRM tools, and communication platforms (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior dispatching, call center, or scheduling experience preferred, ideally in service-based businesses. Customer success or equivalent roles are encouraged to apply.
