Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Reward & Performance Advisor to support the HR team. This remote position requires experience in reward and performance management within a complex organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent IT proficiency, particularly in Excel. Responsibilities include designing salary and benefits programs, delivering performance processes, and advising staff on rewards. An ideal candidate will also have a CIPD qualification or experience with HR analytics tools like Power BI.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting reward, recognition or performance programmes within a complex organisation.
  • Solid understanding of monetary and non-monetary reward approaches.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Support design and review of salary and benefits programmes.
  • Deliver cyclical reward processes with accurate communication.
  • Contribute to ongoing development of performance management processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
