• At least two years of post-qualification experience in residential valuations and surveys.
• Strong technical knowledge with ability to meet deadlines.
• Confident in presentation, communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Level 1, 2, and 3 residential surveys.
• Completing mortgage valuations and RICS Red Book valuations.
• Building great relationships with clients and stakeholders.
