Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA management roles within large-scale learning technology or public sector programmes.
• Strong understanding of market-leading LMS/LXP platforms and their integration with enterprise systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance function for Learning Technology.
• Define and implement test methodologies for various types of testing.
• Oversee QA activities for learning platform technology.
• Act as the QA point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
• Line manage 1‑2 testers, providing coaching and performance management.
