Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a PMO Analyst for a transformation programme. This role, remote with occasional travel to Birmingham, offers a day rate between £400-£450. The PMO Analyst will support the Project Delivery Lead and project team, providing critical coordination and governance support. Candidates should have proven experience in similar roles, excellent organisational skills, and be proficient in facilitating key project meetings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a PMO Analyst or Project Support Officer on complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and control processes.
• Confident supporting senior Project Managers / Delivery Leads.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day PMO support to the Project Delivery Lead and wider project team.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and key governance forums.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, RAID logs, and action trackers.
