Job summary

A property services group is looking for a remote Compliance Supervisor to support Area Supervision Managers. This role requires conducting desk-based assessments of low-risk Mortgage and Protection Advisers throughout the UK. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, in a remote working setup.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience within the Mortgage & Protection financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Supervision Managers with desk‑based assessments of low‑risk Mortgage and Protection Advisers.
• Identify and refer to Senior Area Supervision Managers where appropriate.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines

Ability to work under own initiative

Education

CF 1, 6 & MAQ and / or CeMap 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent

J07 or equivalent H15

ER1 or equivalent CF7 & HR1
