Qualifications

• Qualified Lawyer with a valid practising certificate in the UK.
• Specialism within Adult Social Care Law and post-qualification experience.
• Experience advocating complex Adult Social Care cases in court.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of Adult Social Care Law.
• Advise on areas of Education and attend virtual education tribunals.
• Mentor and train less experienced team members.
