Remote Lead Generation Specialist – UK Applicants Only
OTE: £50K+ (Uncapped Commission)
Location: Work from Home (UK-based only)
️ Important – Do NOT apply unless you have proven cold calling experience in the UK. Applications without this will be rejected. Experience in life insurance is preferred, but strong cold callers from other industries will also be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls using a cloud-based autodialler
  • Engage potential customers in conversations about life insurance & financial protection
  • Qualify interest and generate leads for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
  • Consistently achieve daily and weekly call/lead targets

Requirements
  • Cold calling experience (UK only) – essential
  • Insurance background preferred, but other cold calling industries considered
  • Previous remote sales/lead generation experience in the UK
  • Self-employed status (responsible for your own tax & NI)
  • Computer/laptop, headset, and stable internet connection
  • Strong communication, resilience, and persuasion skills
