Job summary

A premier customer experience partner is seeking an Outbound Italian Sales Representative. This remote position requires fluency in English and Italian, along with at least one year of experience in Sales or a Call Centre role. Successful candidates will engage in proactive outreach to clients, manage a high volume of calls and emails, and uphold adherence to quality metrics. Competitive base salary with attractive commission plans offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience within Sales or Call Centre Role.
  • A suitable remote working environment with a strong/stable private broadband connection.
  • Proactive outreach to existing clientele to upsell new FinTech solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of a minimum of 200 opportunities.
  • Conduct cold and warm calls and emails to existing customer leads.
  • Forecast sales volumes on a weekly & monthly basis.

Skills

Fluency in English & Italian (C2 level)
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Target driven & self-accountable mindset
Outgoing and confident personality

Tools

CRM (Salesforce) experience
Knowledge of eCommerce
