Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT project management, ideally within an MSP or technical services environment.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and maintained.
• Coordinate with the service desk and project team for seamless handovers.
