A leading training agency is seeking a Housing Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching for housing-related apprenticeships. The role involves managing a caseload of learners, conducting progress reviews, and providing support to ensure successful outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a background in Social Housing and relevant teaching qualifications. This role is fully remote with a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Qualification in teaching and assessment is essential.
• Experience in the Social Housing sector is required.
• Ability to adapt teaching to individual learner needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured teaching sessions.
• Conduct progress reviews with learners and employers.
• Manage a caseload of learners and provide ongoing support.

Skills

Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, CAVA)

Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, AET or equivalent)

Strong occupational background in the Social Housing sector

Proven ability to build effective relationships with learners and employers

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and maths (or equivalent)

Comfortable working remotely
