Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the adult or elderly Health & Social Care sector.
• Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1 or equivalent) required.
• Strong English and maths skills, preferably GCSE grade C or above.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and assess learners towards their Health & Social Care qualifications.
• Build relationships with learners and employers.
• Deliver high-quality teaching and coaching sessions.

Skills

Experience in Health & Social Care

Excellent communication skills

Strong time management

Proficiency in IT

Knowledge of safeguarding policies

Education

Health & Social Care qualification at Level 5

Level 3 teaching qualification (desirable)
