This is a unique opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to take on a senior leadership role at an ambitious start‑up that’s redefining how probate is delivered.

With a strong pipeline of funding and ambitious growth plans, the firm are now looking for an experienced solicitor to establish and lead their legal function as part of the founding team.

You’ll not only take ownership of the legal side, but also influence product development, strategy, and client experience. Acting as Head of Legal, you’ll be the technical expert on probate and estate administration, ensure compliance, and help shape the future of the business.

• Advise colleagues, clients, and the business on probate and estate law
• Translate legal requirements into technical features to help shape the company’s platform
• Contribute to growth strategy and decision‑making at leadership level
• Mentor and guide the team as it scales, with opportunities to recruit and supervise in future

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £60k DOE
