Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Experience in building command-line applications and interactive terminal experiences.
• Hands-on experience with IDE extension ecosystems.
• Experience with Kotlin or modern Java.
• Understanding of the Language Server Protocol.
• Familiarity with modern build systems.
• Experience with Vue 3 and reactive UI design.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the stack to build and refine multi-platform editor extensions.
• Design, implement, and maintain TypeScript and Node.js services.
• Develop and enhance the JetBrains IDE plugin.
• Implement features in the GitLab Language Server.
• Build modern, accessible UI components using Vue 3.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to improvements in product quality and developer experience.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor peers.

Skills

Proficiency with TypeScript
