Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Engineer, maintaining/testing electrical/electronic products.
• Comfortable working with a variety of customers, including vulnerable and elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and maintenance service for various products.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently in customer homes, ensuring service quality.

Skills

Electrical / Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

Full Category B UK driving license

Experience of testing Fire Systems

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Good problem solving and analytical skills

Effective team working

Effective time management & planning skills

Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces

Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable

Education
